The rules of this game are simple - expand, a little at a time, on the description of the original subject. We won't stop untill the descriptions get so outrageously long and convoluted that no one wants to top it. You may use multiple sentences (not just run-ons, please) and multiple paragraphs, as the need arises.
Try to go a little at a time, to keep the game going. Let's begin! -----------------------------

A green Siberian Dwarf Pine tree with a leafless, magical maple top stands alone on a snowy, gnome-infested hill. This hill is concave, and it is actually on the inner edge of a gigantic crater.

A moss-covered green Siberian Dwarf Pine tree with a parasitic colony of Dwarf Pine Weevils and with a leafless, magical maple top stands alone on a snowy, gnome-infested hill. This hill is concave, and it is actually on the inner edge of a gigantic crater, which leads to a most dastardly volcano.
